By accessing the Rocky website, downloading Rocky, or using the Rocky desktop app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.
Use of Rocky
Rocky is provided as a desktop companion and assistant experience. You are responsible for how you use the app, the information you provide to it, and any actions you choose to take based on its output.
Accounts and Downloads
We may require Google sign-in before downloading Rocky. You agree to provide accurate account information and not attempt to bypass, abuse, or interfere with download, authentication, update, or support systems.
Updates
Rocky may change over time. Features, pets, routines, downloads, release notes, and availability may be updated, paused, or removed as the product improves.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Rocky to harm others, violate laws, disrupt services, reverse engineer restricted parts of the app, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Intellectual Property
Rocky, the website, artwork, branding, animations, and app experience are owned by their respective creators and licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Rocky to you.
No Warranty
Rocky is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rocky is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or app.
