Overview
Rocky is a desktop companion app. This policy explains what information may be collected through the website, downloads, support, and the Rocky desktop app.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google before downloading Rocky, we may receive basic account information such as your email address, name, profile image, provider ID, Firebase UID, account creation time, and last sign-in time.
The website may also use basic technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate region, timestamps, and download activity to keep the download flow reliable and understand product interest.
Desktop App Data
Rocky may store app settings, selected pet, reminders, routines, memory items, and preferences that you choose to create. Screen awareness and voice features should be user-controlled and used only when enabled or requested inside the app.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide downloads, support sign-in, improve Rocky, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and communicate important product updates.
Third-Party Services
Rocky uses Firebase Authentication for Google sign-in. The app or website may also use GitHub release hosting for installer downloads and related infrastructure services needed to deliver the product.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate authentication, hosting, downloads, analytics, support, or security, and when required by law.
Your Choices
You can stop using Rocky, uninstall the app, disable optional app features, or contact support to request help with account or data questions.
